华润梅的父母是村里最早的咖啡种植农户之一，她很担心咖啡价格波动导致利润下降。
Aftertakingthepour-overcoffeeclass,Huarealizedthatbesidesthewashedcoffee,coffeeprocessedwithhoneyorsun-driedwouldaffectthebeansflavorandaddextravaluetothebean.Thishasencouragedhertotakeastepforwardandmakespecialtycoffee.
后来，华润梅参加了手冲咖啡的培训课程，她发现除水洗加工以外，加入蜂蜜或在阳光下晒干的咖啡都能改良咖啡风味，提升咖啡豆价值。她决定更进一步，制作精品咖啡。

华润梅鼓励同乡和她一起奋斗。她建立了自己的咖啡厂，目前和其他咖啡种植户共同经营着近千亩咖啡农场。

由于成功开发出有机精品咖啡，华润梅所在村庄的咖啡价格提高到每公斤60元（约合9.4美元）左右。
